We work with Building Services design professionals from early career through to Associate, Associate Director, and Director level. Many of the people we support aren’t active job seekers. They’re busy, committed to their current roles, and selective about when and why they move. We’re here for those who want a trusted sounding board, not a sales pitch.

Our role isn’t to push you into your next move. It’s to help you make better career decisions. We take a consultative approach, asking deeper questions to understand motivation, priorities, and long-term goals. Where appropriate, we’ll advise you to stay put if a situation can be resolved, rather than encouraging a move that isn’t right.
