Central London | Hybrid - 2 days from home | £75,000 - £85,000 + bonus

What you'll do
- You’ll lead electrical design on major building services projects, shaping technical standards and best practices across high-profile developments.
- With full ownership of design delivery, you’ll influence how systems are specified, modelled and implemented.
- You’ll guide your team, shaping their development while building your leadership experience, and nurturing key client relationships.
- With a focus on sustainable design, you’ll work on projects that push the boundaries of modern building performance.
What you'll need
- Strong experience in electrical design within a UK MEP consultancy
- Knowledge of UK standards, CIBSE codes, and BSRIA guidelines
- Experience in financial control, bidding, and business development
